This web application enables the creation and editing of work schedules, or shifts, for employees within a business. It was designed specifically for the St. Luke's Hospital in Thessaloniki Greece.
For each department (e.g., obstetrics, pediatrics, orthopedics) of the hospital, all employees are hierarchically listed, and then a monthly schedule can be generated.

This web application enables the creation and editing of work schedules, or shifts, for employees within a business. It was designed specifically for the St. Luke's Hospital in Thessaloniki Greece.
For each department (e.g., obstetrics, pediatrics, orthopedics) of the hospital, all employees are hierarchically listed, and then a monthly schedule can be generated.
Based on the needs of each department, certain constants are defined (e.g., three employees must work per shift in the department each day, or each employee should have two days off per week).
The application helps you to prevent errors in scheduling.
The most exciting aspect is the user experience it provides, as it offers a meticulously designed view of the schedule, allowing for rapid completion of schedules.
Each employee has separate access to the application and can view their own schedule.
Additionally, they can see which colleagues they will be working with each day.
Employees can also request leave days, which will then appear for the schedule manager when creating future shift schedules.
There is also a separate admin panel where the manager can see who is working the current shift or the next.
